This report presents recommendations for a sustainable service vision for Trauma and Orthopaedics in Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

The recommendations are the results of three design-led workshops with GG&C regional stakeholders, facilitated by the DHI Insights team.

The report presents the supporting background information and illustrations of the DHI processes undertaken across the three workshops.

The report concludes with a summary of key recommendations and associated timelines, including proposed improvements to the service which could support changes to the service model(s).
