This is a report of a formative evaluation of the National Decision Support Programme, focusing on Cambio, a pilot platform tested in primary care.

Stakeholders supported Cambio as an open standards-based decision support platform, emphasizing the need for strong national leadership, system usability, and ongoing monitoring to address potential challenges in implementation and achieve desired benefits.
